Welcome to WarehouseMeals. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WarehouseMeals ("Service"), operated by Jelled Media, LLC ("Company"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WarehouseMeals is an online-only software service with no physical locations, storefronts, or in-person operations. The Service is provided entirely over the internet as a web application.

WarehouseMeals is a household food management system that helps users:

• Upload and parse retail receipts (primarily from Costco)
• Track purchase history and item cadences
• Generate smart shopping lists based on consumption patterns
• Manage household staples inventory

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (receipts, item names, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it to provide the Service.

5.2 Receipt Data

Receipt text is extracted on your device and transmitted to our servers for processing. We do not receive or store original receipt images. We use extracted data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal purchase data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Jelled Media, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Service Modifications

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time directly from your account settings without needing to contact us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of receipt parsing or item recognition
• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• That shopping list suggestions will meet your needs

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAREHOUSEMEALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jelled Media, LLC and WarehouseMeals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Ventura County, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13.3 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue shall be the state and federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
